The Code of Ethics of the C.F.L. Costruzioni Edili summarizes the commitments, responsibilities, obligations and rights of anyone who has an interest in us, in those of our Customers and / or their Partnerships and in those of our projects: Employees, Partners, Customers, Suppliers, State, Local Authorities, Public Administration and Environment.
The document, drawn up according to ethical values defined in the charter of values and fully shared within our company, is not intended to sanction but rather to guide its recipients to face and resolve uncertainties, ethical and organizational doubts and regarding corporate choices that occur daily.

The Company is aware that the good reputation deriving from the systematic application of ethical principles favors investments, attracts the best human resources, favors relations with commercial, entrepreneurial and financial interlocutors, consolidates the reliability towards creditors and the serenity of relations with employees and suppliers; on the other hand, unethical behavior compromises the relationship of trust and can foster hostile attitudes towards the Company.

The objective of this Code of Ethics is to define the commitments and ethical responsibilities towards which the Company, its directors, managers, employees and collaborators are called upon to guide their behavior in carrying out their activities; therefore it outlines the corporate “ethics” profile.
